How does it feel ?

- when the one u love the most is the one hurting u the most?
- smoking ur lungs out coz thats the only comfort for now?
- the person u miss the most is the one u hate the most?
- the one u wana see the most is the one who is avoiding u?
- the world is turning against u and the person u love the most does tat as well?
- u just wana cry but too tired till u realised there is no more tears left?
- people judging u all the time just bcoz u started taking up the habit to smoke?
- though tat ur strong but end up crying urself to sleep everynite everyday?

Happy 20th Bday ShaSha!

Miss Shasha Alsagoff turned 20 yesterday ! lol ... throw her a surprise birthday party at Decanter , Hartamas last nite ......

Went there around 9 .... waited awhile for Hannah and all to come .... bengong ..... kept on telling me that she is flying here now !! flying! lol ... chillax la .... Lionel popped out suddenly behind me ..... he cant recognise me from behind lol!!!

Most of us were there in time b4 the bday gurl arrives ..... lol ... tick tock ... tick tock .... sharp at 10 ... the bday gurl arrived wit her mum and Jia Vern lol !! she was shocked of coz to see us all there ..... her mum is damn the hot man! just like her ... lol

Makan and chillax there ... till around 11 something .... Kimmy wanted to bring the cake out ... so Hannah started distracting ShaSha .... lol i helped out of coz as well .... then suddenly , the whole Bistro sang da Birthday song and of coz wit Kimmy holding the bday cake as well which almost got her a heartattack .. it was a great success! and i did had a great time wit them .... met a few new fwens as well ...

Chillax there till 1.30 ... then home sweet home ......

Shasha! wana wish u Happy Birthday again gurl! and faster get ur tattoo done !! lol and hope to see u guys again soon aite !

No More P Driver!

Went to JPJ at Setapak to renew ma driving's licence wit Prema in the morning .... and at last ... no more P addy! yipeeee!!!!! went for Suah Mee then since its just near by ......and yeah .... i saw him ..... =)

After makaning .... went over to BB area to shop a bit for ma room .... bought some stuffs and need more of it ! lol and went off around 4

Priya and Steph then picked me up and headed over to Plaza Damas coz they wana eat pancakes lol ..... after makaning ..... went browse around the mall and bumped into Joon Hong .... lol .... the last time i meet up wit him was on our last day in college ..... time flies man!

Then headed over to Plaza Sunrise awhile ..... but nothing to see there also ... saw a few japanese students from Natzumi's Studio ....

KL was our next destination ..... went over to Starhill .. and of coz .... Steph and I started dragging Priya to the toilet ..... lol as usuallllllll ..... camwhore and headed over to Tiffin Bay ..... damn nice place to chillax but somehow ... it brings back some old sweet memories to me ..... sighhh ..... really really miss that day .... somehow .... i ended up being a lil devastated .....

Went back to Taman Desa around 11.45 then home sweet home ..... did had a great time tat day ! .... thanks Steph , Priya and Prema!

Suicide Suspension ....

A ritual performed by the now extinct Mandan tribe, located along the banks of the Mississippi River. The Oh-Kee-Pa type of suspension was derived from this ritual. Modern day suspensions are closely related to the artwork of performance artists that use their own bodies as canvases.Fakir Musafar was an artist who specialized in suspension and piercing performance pieces, also starting the Moderm Primitivism movement. He helped to bring attention to the suspension 'scene' in the United States.

Suspensions can be used for meditation and gaining a higher level of spiritual fulfillment or awareness. To some it is a very sacred and respected practice and is done on a regular basis. Suspension can also be used as a symbolic tool and represents an important event in life- such as representing one's passing from childhood to adulthood or the bond two people may share. Just as easily, it can be used as entertainment or as performance art. Acrobatic actions may be performed, most commonly during a 'suicide' suspension.

The process is very delicate and should be done carefully by an experienced individual or professional in order to avoid serious injury. Suspension may require and often has a small group who handle preparations and the process itself. Suspension should never be attempted alone due to the risk of sustaining injuries or going into shock, which is potentially life threatening. The actual act of being suspended may take up a tiny portion of time compared to the time involved in preparation, though some people remain suspended for hours. If carried out properly, your body will be studied to decide the proper placement, number, and size of metal hooks which are pierced into the skin to lift the person off the ground. Multiple hooks are usually located around the shoulders, upper arm, and back, as well as around the knees (this depends on the position in which you want to be suspended). Finding the proper hook placement and number involves a great deal of skill in mathematics and an acute understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and well as the durability of the individual's skin. If the number of hooks are too few, the suspended individual's skin will be unable to withstand the body's weight and will rip. Also, the amount of weight each hook supports must be distributed evenly throughout the entire body - any imbalance risks injury. A block and tackle-like machine made for suspension is used and powerful rope that attaches to the hooks is used to slowly and carefully lift an individual a foot or two off the ground- where they may remain relatively motionless for a predetermined period of time. However, depending on the type of suspension, there may be a considerable degree of freedom of movement
